Carbonless copy paper has been used for decades. Traditional blue carbon ink copy paper is almost outdated. At present, the popular carbonless copy paper does not require the addition of carbon-coated paper between the paper and the paper. It can be directly copied and directly developed, with the characteristics of low pollution and easy use. Its application is becoming more and more extensive. Next, the editor will introduce the principle of carbonless copy paper and the benefits of carbonless copy paper.
Carbonless copy paper has two coatings: CF layer containing developer and CB layer containing developer. The developer is a special colorless dye that is dissolved in a non-volatile carrier oil. After 3 to 7 hours of use, it is made into micron-sized microcapsules. The impact pressure of hard writing and printing can crush the microcapsules, so that the colorless dye solution flows out and contacts the developer, produces a chemical reaction, and presents color pictures and texts, thereby achieving the purpose of copying. Carbonless copy paper can be divided into 45g/m2cb paper, 47g/m2cf paper and 52g/m2cfb paper; according to the color of the paper, there are five types: red, yellow, green, blue and white; according to the displayed color track, there are blue, yellow, orange, black, red and other colors.
1. It is convenient and time-saving to write directly without padding "carbon paper". Copy 2-6 pages, and print 2-10 pages by teleprinting, which greatly improves work efficiency and meets the requirements of modernization.
2. The handwriting of the copy is clear, bright, and does not fade, preventing alteration and counterfeiting.
3. It will not stain fingers, clothes and other stationery paper, and should be clean.
4. It has a variety of colors and is easy to identify and process.
5. The paper is of excellent quality, with a smooth and smooth surface, which is stronger than 28g color printing paper, not easy to break, and the printing color is bright.
6. It is safe and reliable, without harmful raw materials and odor. After color development, the pictures and texts on the paper can be preserved for more than 15 years.
When purchasing and using carbonless paper, it is best to match the upper, middle and lower papers of the same brand produced by the same company, and the production date interval should not be too long. Since products from different manufacturers differ in whiteness, color optical density, smoothness, thickness, rigidity, printing surface roughness, hue, air tightness, and color paper ink absorption, the matching use of paper from different manufacturers will affect the appearance, printing suitability, printing quality, page matching, and reproduction.
Carbonless copy paper is mainly used for documents. Existing formal documents with legal effect such as invoices, contracts, treaties, etc. are all made of carbonless copy paper. Traditional documents are just ordinary paper, so a copy layer must be added under the document. Carbonless copy paper is bound with special paper.
Carbonless copy paper receipts are in triplicate, divided into upper paper, middle paper, and lower paper. On the paper, also called back-coated paper (code CB, i.e. coated back), the back of the paper is coated with microcapsules containing force-sensitive pigment oil; Chinese paper is also called coated front and back paper (code CFB). The front of the paper is coated with a developer, and the back is coated with microcapsules containing force-sensitive pigment oil; the lower paper is also called surface coated paper (code CF, i.e. before coating), and the surface of the paper is only coated with a developer. Self-contained paper (code SC, i.e. self-contained paper) is a microcapsule layer containing force-sensitive pigment oil coated on the back of the paper and force-sensitive pigment oil coated on the front of the paper. The upper and lower papers do not have a copy effect. Only the medium paper has a copy effect. When using carbonless paper to print documents, it is usually equipped with a small piece of cardboard to separate it on the paper to prevent other papers filled below from being copied to the paper due to excessive writing force.
In addition, carbonless copy paper is also widely used in finance, insurance, medical care, logistics and other fields. Its unique copy function greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of information entry.
